What exactly is auto detailing?

Auto detailing is a deep cleaning and refreshing process that goes far beyond a standard car wash. We clean, refresh and protect both the interior and exterior of your vehicle so it looks its best. Almost every customer has the same reaction: it looks cleaner than when they first got it.

What is the difference between a car wash and a detail?

A car wash removes surface dirt. A detail is much more thorough. It focuses on hard-to-reach areas, restores surfaces, removes contaminants and protects your vehicle inside and out.

How long does a detail take?

It depends on the size and condition of the vehicle and the service. A standard maintenance detail typically takes around 1 to 2 hours. Heavily soiled vehicles or advanced services can take longer. We focus on efficiency and results without wasting time on your vehicle.

How often should I have my vehicle detailed?

For most drivers, a full detail every 4 to 6 months is ideal. Vehicles exposed to harsh weather, pets, children or heavy daily use may benefit from more frequent service.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Remove any personal belongings you want to keep with you and make sure we have access to the vehicle. We need a plug for interior detailing, a hose for exteriors, and nothing else but time.

Do I need to remove my personal belongings?

We recommend removing valuables and personal items whenever possible. It lets us work more efficiently and makes sure nothing important gets misplaced.

Can you remove stains and odours?

Stains and odours, yes. Damage, no. The real value of detailing is preventing damage before it happens, because once a surface is damaged it usually takes expensive parts to fix.

Will detailing remove scratches?

Our regular detailing service does not remove scratches. Where we stand out is concealing them and preventing further damage. We plan to offer headlight restoration, ceramic coating and full polishing right at your door.

What products do you use?

We use professional-grade products from trusted brands such as P&S, Adam’s Polishes, GYEON and Koch-Chemie. We are not loyal to any single brand, we are loyal to results, so we choose the products and techniques that get the job done most safely and effectively.

What if my vehicle is extremely dirty?

We have seen it all. We regularly work on vehicles in every condition. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, biohazards or other intensive cleaning.
